Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order
Return items within 14 days of delivery
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Order Cancellations
We do not accept cancellations once an order has been dispatched.
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist you.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. These include:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for hygiene or health reasons)

Digital Products
All sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable
Carefully review product descriptions, previews, and personalization details before placing your order
Customized digital prints are shared with you for approval before delivery—please double-check all details
We are not responsible for errors made during customization (e.g., typos). Changes after approval may incur a fee
If you experience technical issues or delivery problems, please contact us—we’re happy to help
Physical Products
If you are unhappy with your physical item, please contact us before leaving a review. We are committed to resolving the issue
Be sure to read all product descriptions and estimated delivery times carefully before ordering
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and securely packaged
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged, we will replace it or issue a full refund. Here's what to do:
Notify us at contact@Wessole.shop within 48 hours of delivery
Provide a clear photo of the damaged item and packaging
Allow up to 2–4 weeks for processing and delivery of the replacement
Important Notes
Returns, exchanges, or cancellations will not be accepted if the conditions above are not met
We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
If an item is returned due to an incorrect address, it can be resent once additional shipping fees are paid
